FAq’s

  • A free-form movement practice where people gather in a safe, non-judgmental space - to express themselves without choreography or social pressures. It’s about self-expression, connection, and release rather than performance or technique.

I add the element of darkness to offer more anonymity, heightened immersion, and internal focus.

  • Currently we are hosted at Schotime Dance Center

821 Park St, Castle Rock, CO 80109

  • Sacred Space

Create judgement free space - no critiques, comparisons, or expectations. Your dance is yours! Step barefoot, open-hearted, into presence.

    Movement as Medicine

There is no "right" way to move. Stillness and wildness are both welcome. Honor what your body needs in each moment.

    Emotions

All feelings are welcome here. Joy may rise, rage may burn, laughter may burst. Move them, release them.

    Our Mission

We are not just dancing, we are LIFTING THE VIBRATION. Intentionally shifting the collective spirit, attracting positive experiences, and embodying our true selves.

  • Music is intentionally varied and thoughtfully curated to support a full range of movement and emotional

Playlist changes weekly, creating a fresh journey so dancers can explore new rhythms, moods, and energies.

You can expect an eclectic mix of genres from around the world—from electronic and world beats to ambient, tribal, classical, hip-hop, and unexpected gems. The goal is to create a dynamic arc that invites people to warm up, build energy, release, and settle back into stillness.

Because Ecstatic Dance is about authentic expression, some songs may include strong or explicit language. Language is not used for shock value but as part of the emotional honesty and storytelling within the music itself. Many musical traditions—especially in contemporary and expressive genres—use direct language to convey intensity, vulnerability, rebellion, or raw human feeling. Within the dance space, this can support deeper emotional release and allow participants to move with what is real rather than filtering their experience.

Ultimately, the music is chosen to inspire freedom of movement, creativity, and connection with oneself and the collective energy of the room. Every dance is a little different—and that’s part of the magic.
